Exercise Class - Everyone Welcome

Exercises are subscribed from the Improved Health YouTube.

Exercises last approximately 1 hour.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 10:00 am START.

You can stand or sit in a chair to exercise.

Cardio, Strength, Stretching and Balance are incorporated into the exercise class.

Weights are used in some of the exercises, please bring 1, 2, 3 or 5lb weights OR whatever you want.

WE ALL GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!
